Lisa H. Beatty

Attorney Lisa H. Beatty has been a proud member of the Michigan State Bar since 1997. Her practice focuses on helping the legal and financial needs of elderly residents in Brighton and the surrounding areas in Michigan. She concentrates on the areas elder law, probate and estate planning, and guardianships and conservatorships. She is dedicated to helping our clients and their families by providing thorough advice, compassionate assistance, and a high level of legal care for every client at the Nawrocki Center for Elder Law, Special Needs & Disability Planning, PLLC.

Ms. Beatty is an honest advocate with extensive experience and knowledge in a broad range of complex legal matters. Her goal is to provide peace of mind and exceptional service.

Before helping clients at the Nawrocki Center, Ms. Beatty worked for UAW Legal Services Plan, providing guidance to clients on a broad range of issues, including estate planning, elder and family law, consumer and utility disputes, Social Security, probate, real estate law, and contracts and debt defense strategies.

Ms. Beatty is a proud member of our local community, acting as the president of the Redford Civic Symphony Orchestra, serving on the board of directors of the Birmingham-Bloomfield Symphony Orchestra, and a member of the Hartland Area Community Council. She is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Elder Law and Disability Rights Section, the Michigan Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Livingston County Bar Association.
