What can the worry prevention plan do for me?
We designed our Worry Prevention Plan to address worries you may have about your estate plan or long-term care plan.
Will changes in my life or financial circumstances affect my estate plan/long-term care plan?
Don't worry! As a member of the Worry Prevention Plan, you are entitled to a free annual estate plan/long-term care plan review with our staff, at your request. We will ask you about changes to your life such as marital status, health, bequests and heirs.
Our Brighton estate planning lawyers will ask you about changes to your finances like purchase or sales of assets, fluctuation of stock values and gifts you make to others.
With our up-to-the-minute understanding of current law and forecasted changes to applicable laws, we will review your estate plan/long-term care plan and recommend beneficial revisions for your consideration.
What if I have questions about my current estate plan/long-term care plan?
Don't worry! As a member of the Worry Prevention Plan, you are entitled to free unlimited phone consultations regarding your current plan. A member of our staff will talk to you about your question, do research as necessary and provide you with an answer or explanation.
What if I need to make minor changes to my estate/long-term care planning documents?
Don't worry! The Worry Prevention Plan includes free minor updates to your documents such as beneficiary changes, personal representative changes, address changes, etc. at your request. In addition, document updates mandated by revisions to the law are also included with the plan.
Please note, major changes to your documents (such as rewriting a trust or adding a new trust) are not included in the plan, but would be done for you by the Nawrocki Center as a new matter on a priority basis.
What if changes to the law make my powers of attorney obsolete?
Don't worry! As a member of the Worry Prevention Plan, you are entitled to a free update to your powers of attorney every three years. The Nawrocki Center will contact you when you are due for an update.
We will review your powers of attorney, ask you for any changes you would like to make, incorporate changes required by the law and prepare them for your signature.
What if I buy or sell assets that are included in my trust? How do I keep my trusts up to date?
Don't worry! We will update the asset list for your trust once a year at your request, at no additional charge. The updated asset list will be filed with your trust.
What if I have a medical emergency and don't have my powers of attorney with me? How do I get my advance directive information to the medical facility?
Don't worry! The Worry Prevention Plan gives you instant access to your advance directive and other documents through DocuBank®, a safe, accessible, and secure service, at no additional cost.
Storing important documents with DocuBank® also means you get an emergency card with your information, including emergency contacts, medical information, and important personal information that is always available when you need it, no matter where you are.

How can I stay informed of changes in the law and in society that may affect my estate plan or long-term care plan?
Don't worry! The Worry Prevention Plan provides you with an annual elder law update seminar presented by the Nawrocki Center, available exclusively to Worry Prevention Plan members at no additional cost. This seminar ensures that you have the latest essential information that you need to manage your estate plan or long-term care plan.
In addition, Worry Prevention Plan members receive the Worry Prevention Quarterly, a newsletter exclusively for Worry Prevention Plan members that gives you late-breaking news that can affect you and essential information that can help you prevent worries in your life. The Worry Prevention Quarterly is sent in March, June, September and December. It is sent to you via email if we have your email address on file.
What if I need additional legal services that are not included in the Worry Prevention Plan?
Don't worry! As a member of the Worry Prevention Plan, you receive a 15 percent discount on your investment for any legal work we do that is not specifically covered by the plan, including major changes to your estate plan or long-term care plan, Medicaid planning, trust administration and more. This can result in substantial savings on important and necessary legal services.
How can I help protect myself and my family from identity theft?
Don't worry! Your membership in the Worry Prevention Plan includes a free membership to LifeLock®, a leading identity theft protection service. LifeLock® helps you keep your credit, your financial information, and your identity secure with proactive support service that alerts you to threats before they become an issue. You membership also includes alerts, protection for a lost wallet or purse, and a $1 million service guarantee.

Doesn't it cost a lot for all these benefits?
Don't worry! When you retain the Nawrocki Center for a premium estate plan, deluxe estate plan or long-term care plan, you receive your first year of Worry Prevention Plan membership at no extra cost. Your membership begins when your estate plan/long-term care plan documents are signed.
When your first year of membership expires, you may renew it for the remainder of the calendar year for an investment that is prorated from our annual renewal investment. After the first-year membership, all Worry Prevention memberships expire on Dec. 31. You may then renew your membership for one low annual fee. Compared with the cost of paying for these benefits individually, the Worry Prevention Plan offers a great value!
How will I know when I need to renew my membership in the Worry Prevention Plan and what the renewal investment will be?
Don't worry! About two months before your membership expires, the Nawrocki Center will send you a letter telling you when your membership will expire and what the renewal investment amount will be. If you renew your membership before your expiration date, a discount is applied to the renewal investment.
How do I get answers to questions that aren't addressed above?
Don't worry! Call the Nawrocki Center at (810) 893-5277 and a member of our staff will be glad to answer your questions.
