Rebecah A. LaRente, J.D., joined the Nawrocki Center for Elder Law, Special Needs & Disability Planning, PLLC, in February, 2017, as the Director of Client Services and she will be the first smiling face you see as you enter the office. She brings over 15 years’ experience as a legal assistant to the firm. Rebecah attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI from 2000 – 2004 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Minor in Social Work. In addition, she received her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, now Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, in 2008.
Rebecah is the mother of three young girls who keep her very busy. She enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time in her yard by the pool. She’s a huge fan of Detroit sports, especially the Detroit Lions. Her husband is a high school coach and she volunteers with his team to help keep the program as organized as possible. She also volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association, her school PTO as well as participates in For the Love of Lasagna which delivers meals weekly meals to those in need. She is a firm believer that life is short and life is good so you better make the most of it, which might include eating ice cream for dinner once in a while.
