Ruxandra C. Oprescu, J.D., joined the Nawrocki Center for Elder Law, Special Needs & Disability Planning, PLLC, in November 2015. Ruxandra is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, now Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2012. Since graduating, she has gained experience working with law firms that primarily focus on elder law and elder issues, estate planning, probate law, guardianships and conservatorships, trust administration, special needs and disability planning, as well as Medicaid law and Veterans Benefits.
Ruxandra is a compassionate professional who is dedicated to assisting individuals and families as they transition from one stage in life to another. Ruxandra is currently a candidate for admission to the State Bar of Michigan. Upon her admittance, she plans to continue her passion of working with individuals and families as a Brighton estate planning and elder law attorney. When she is not assisting others, Ruxandra enjoys going to the movies, attending live theater performances and concerts, and taking her three year old Cavachon on long walks.
